About the Job
For the role as Sales Executive ERP Software (French market), Yardi systems is looking for a true hunter, someone who rather spends time outdoor than indoor and does business with true decision makers (CEO, owners, fund managers) within organisations. Your main responsibilities will be to sell software that offers solutions within the real estate and investment market in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe for all the French speaking clients.
Main Duties for the role as Sales Executive ERP Software:
- To execute an aggressive growth strategy for France and European market for real estate investment management solutions;
- To target and develop develop tier-1 and tier-2 accounts of fund and asset managers and property managers ;
- To promote Yardi’s products and solutions; \t
- To be responsible for the entire sales cycle including cold-calling and prospecting, developing proposals, negotiating and closing contracts;
- To meet sales targets;
- To achieve sales using a multi-level, consultative approach;
- To utilise marketing techniques on the telephone, using online presentations, webinars, email interaction and conference participation;
- To liaise with sales support staff as necessary for pre-sales demonstrations;
- To provide effective management information to Yardi on ongoing sales prospects;
- To become a conceptual and functional expert of the Yardi solution offering as required;
For the role as Sales Executive ERP Software you need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Fluent in French and English is a must, Dutch is an advantage;
- Proven record of achievement or exceeding sales goals of ERP Software;
- knowledge of accounts or accounting systems is an advantage;
- Understanding of sales strategies, consulting selling, and relationship building techniques;
- Strong and entrepreneurial personality who is comfortable interacting with executive level personnel;
- An independent team player who is able to deal with people at all different levels;
- Preferably degree educated or equivalent;
- Excellent communication skills;
